The City of Oberlin has contracted for ditch cleaning services along the North Coast Inland Trail between East College St. and North Oberlin Rd.  This work is expected to begin on Monday, October 16^th and will continue for approximately 2 weeks, weather permitting.  The North Coast Inland Trail will be closed to all users while the work is in progress.  The trail will be open when the contractor is not working.  The recommended detour route is along East College St. and Oberlin Rd., rather than along State Route 511 (East Lorain St.),
