Start from Muffleheads Brewery.

Route is 60% unpaved trail so this should be a good training ride for anyone going on the Erie Canal Tour. 

Coffee stop in Bellevue at the Copper Top Bakery at mile 26. 

Lunch stop at the Freight House Grill and Pub in Norwalk at mile 38.

Optional start at the Townsend Trailhead in Norwalk at around 10:00 to cut 22 miles off the route for a ride total of 30.
