2024 Ride Schedule

6:30 – 10:00 am: Check-in (look for “Online or “Onsite Registrations”) tables for map and wristband pick-up. If you have merchandise to pick up, look for the merchandise table.

NOTE: Doors to the registration hall will open at 6:00 am – to allow volunteers time to be 100% ready to receive riders.

7:00 – 10:00 am: Ride start for all riders

7:30 am: Matus Winery rest stop opens for all routes

8:30 am: Redhead Cider House rest stop opens for 50 and 62-mile routes

9:00 am: Vermilion Valley Vineyards rest stop opens for all routes

9:00 am: Paper Moon Winery rest stop opens for 62-mile routes

11:00 am: Food trucks arrive to set up

11:30 am: Lunch is open for all riders

1:00 pm: Matus Winery rest stop closes

1:00 pm: Redhead Cider House rest stop closes

1:00 pm: Paper Moon Winery rest stop closes

3:00 pm: Vermilion Valley Vineyards rest stop closes

3:00 pm: Oberlin lunch ends

3:00 – 4:00 pm: Final route sweep

*All riders must show an ID wristband to be admitted for rest-stop snacks and end of ride meal.

** Riders who depart ahead of the above ride distance start times may arrive at rest stops before they are opened.
