Findlay Fall Frolic and Flat Adventure

Confirmed Room Rate:  $97 plus tax.  Call 419-422-5682 to make a reservation.  Indicate that you are with Silver Wheels Cycling Club and Peggy Doheny.  Cancellation is very liberal   11:00 a.m. the day of the reservation.

Routes:  Select from 10 ride options ranging in length from 16-101 miles in this flatlands area.  These routes can be found under the event page for the Findlay Fall Frolic.

These are routes that were used in the past by the now disbanded Hancock Handlebars Club for the Hancock Horizontal Hundred rides. We have made some modifications for the routes to start and end at the Findlay Inn. In addition, there are two routes (the 19 mile and 29 mile) that have remote starts and are very suitable for 2* pace. 

Riders will select their route, pace, start time and do YOYO (You’re on your own) format (like we did in Xenia and Niagara Falls in past years). Since these are YOYO rides, we will encourage folks to post their planned route, time and pace so that others can join them.  We plan to have a white board in the hotel lobby for this purpose.  

As we get closer to the event we plan to provide information about bathroom breaks and possible food stops on the routes since food will be on your own as well (FOYO). Since food and water options are limited and you should plan to bring plenty of snacks and water.
